How we Operate
At Sharma Bright Horizons Foundation, we believe that no child should begin their school
journey at a disadvantage.
We work hand-in-hand with schools in Fiji, reaching out directly to head teachers who
know their students best. Instead of guessing what is needed, we listen—because real help
begins with understanding. Teachers tell us what their children are missing, whether it’s
stationery, uniforms, books, or other essentials required to learn with confidence.
We then partner with local bookstores and suppliers, ensuring that every item is
thoughtfully sourced and delivered with care. Our focus is not just on what we provide, but
when we offer it.
By the time the school doors open on the very first day, every child is ready. No one arrives
empty-handed. No one loses a day of learning. No child feels left behind before the year
even begins.
This moment matters deeply to us. Because when all children start on equal footing,
something powerful happens—they believe they belong. They feel seen. And they are free to
focus on learning, not on what they lack.
